GUIDELINES

After placing your order, please allow 1-7 business days to process your order.

Orders placed on the weekend will not be fulfilled until Monday or Tuesday depending on the backlog of orders.

Estimated delivery times once your package leaves the warehouse:

• UK (2-3 Business Days)
• EU (3-5 Business Days)
• INTERNATIONAL (5-7 Business Days)

YHWH THE GOOD NEWS is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost or stolen parcel during courier transit.

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping over certain order values depending on your location.

We are NOT responsible if you input the incorrect delivery address. We are unable to process orders to P.O. Box addresses.

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES

Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed. This is the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by YHWH THE GOOD NEWS. Please check with your local customs office for further information. Customers from the United Kingdom will not incur import duties as we ship solely from within the country.

Please keep in mind that overseas goods may take longer to arrive owing to customs procedures in your country.

NO RETURNS

We are so sorry, all purchased are final and non-refundable. Please check the size guide before purchasing.

Unless your order is damaged upon arrival or you receive the wrong item. Report defects or wrong items immediately upon receipt. We will evaluate and resolve the issue.
